Top top lads over at Barclay Wood Motor Co Ltd.Purchased a car for my partner and dealt with Nic who was very helpful and honest from the start. Kindly picked me up from the train station from a long trip up from Torquay to save me a bit of a walk. Had great chat and turns out we used to live near each other many moons ago. Nic has a nice set up in a very lush area with a decent selection of motors for sale. Met Ed a nice chap that helps Nic out and he was also very very helpful and it was just a pleasure to meet them both. Really made my day and the 6hour drive back to Torquay in Bank Holiday traffic to a happy partner was all worthwhile. Highly recommend nothing was a bother for them they both were happy to help.

Picked up a Range Rover sport from Nic Barclay around 6 months ago. The car was as described and it’s been a cracker so far. Only a small set up but I was made to feel welcome and at ease. Thank you!

Called to enquire about a BMW 320d this dealer was selling and just got a very abrupt ‘hello’ and I said I was calling about the car and all I got was an even more abrupt ‘sold’ before the person just hung up. Quality people skills right there. Glad it had sold (if it really has) as I don’t really want to deal with a dealer that speaks to a potential customer in that manner, speaks volumes about what their aftersales would be like. They had another car I was interested in but I’ll give them a swerve and go somewhere happy to deal with me 👍

I never normally write reviews… But felt on this occasion I need to give credit where credit is due. We had a specific car in mind. colour, shape, mileage, price was all perfect and Nic had the car that we wanted. The only problem was that I called him on Christmas Eve as he had just shut up shop and was driving home to his family.. I did everything in my power to get him to leave his family and come back to the garage so that I could get this car. Full credit to Nick .. as family came first! Nevertheless the following day even though it was a bank holiday he came down and showed us around the the car and everything was as described. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. I cannot recommend this gentleman more highly! He actually does want his customers to be happy when they leave. Very professional and great customer service. Thank you Nic.

Nic and Chris were extremely friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Nic dealt with us for the most part and he was very patient and understanding. Both the guys ensured we were comfortable the whole time we were there and offered us drinks etc. We managed to come to a deal with Nic and drove away happy! Thank you very much for your amazing customer service as well as being so accommodating to our needs. 10/10 recommend!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the car was immaculate as advertised and the purchase process was swift and efficient. The garage also delivered the car to my door free of charge, despite being a considerable distance from the dealership. Excellent service, highly recommended.
